What should I include in the first enquiry?
Provide part drawings or dimensions, photographs, all product variants, material and finish, required orientation, target sustained rate, available space and the downstream machine interface.
Can I send physical samples?
Yes, after the initial review confirms the sample quantity and delivery details. Representative production samples are normally required before final feeder selection or acceptance.
Can you sign a confidentiality agreement?
A project NDA can be reviewed before detailed drawings, samples or process information are exchanged.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
The time depends on technical completeness and whether supplier trials are required. A clear application brief allows the correct review route to be identified without inventing performance assumptions.
