1. About these terms
These terms apply to use of the Sorting Solutions website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to it.
2. General technical information
Website content is provided for general information and early project discussion. It is not a final engineering specification, risk assessment, performance guarantee, conformity statement or offer capable of acceptance.
3. Quotations and contracts
Any supply is subject to a written quotation, agreed technical scope, acceptance criteria and the supplier’s contractual terms. Performance, materials, guarding, controls, documentation, delivery and support are determined only by that contract.
4. Representative images
Machine photographs illustrate supplier technology and possible configurations. They do not promise an identical machine. Final equipment can differ in size, layout, tooling, colour, components, guarding and branding. Third-party image, brand and trademark rights remain with their respective owners.
5. Accuracy and changes
Reasonable care is taken with the content, but component-feeding suitability is application-specific and must be proven through engineering review and, where required, trials. Content may be changed or withdrawn without notice.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website layout, original text, brand graphics and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party supplier images and marks are excluded from any claimed ownership. Permission must be obtained from the relevant owner before reproducing them.
7. External links and suppliers
References to a manufacturer or technology do not imply an exclusive, authorised or permanent commercial relationship. External websites are controlled by their operators.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the final operator should obtain legal advice and insert liability wording appropriate to its legal entity, customers and contracts before launch.
9. Governing law
The final operator should confirm the governing law and jurisdiction in its approved terms. The draft assumption is the law of England and Wales.
